Since Sarah transitioned to full-time in May, Flight Club 502 has been able to nearly double outreach and engagement efforts compared to last year, significantly increasing consistency in programming, promotion, and community visibility.

Historic Program Performance
After 11 years with a 0% pass rate, the Shawnee Program has achieved a remarkable 66% increase since August. Continuing efforts aim to reach a 100% pass rate by January 31, 2026.
Special thanks to Laura Jones and Angela Bartley for their dedication to engaging, teaching, and supporting Shawnee students. Their commitment played a critical role in pushing the 12 students who have already passed and the remaining 6 students toward the finish line.
